Hi all,
When articles get their doi code registered, an XML file of the article is
sent from them to contact(a)wikijmed.org (since we joined Crossref when there
was only WikiJMed). An XML file is basically a summary of details such as
authors and date of publication, which can be requested at a later date if
we want the journal indexed by external databases.
I suggest that we change this email to *admboard(a)googlegroups.com
<admboard(a)googlegroups.com>. *Eventually, each should be linked from the
online article (such as in the right menu of this article)

I think this is a repetitive task that will fit well for a technical editor
if we get the rapid grant approved.

I can only hope that the board members of the respective WikiJournals be
wise. This is especially relevant to people who deal with issues pertaining
to equality and/or empowerment of certain minorities. It can be awefully
problematic if they lack such wisdom.

I thank you for your answer. I already contacted two years ago the authors who have made more than 10 edits. Only five authors accepted to provide their names: Csisc, Drmaik, GeekEmad, Tounsimentounes, and Omar-toons. So, we do not any problem regarding this. However, before submitting the work, we should adjust it on Wikipedia. In fact, we found many additional information about Tunisian and we would like to add them to Wikipedia. I ask if we can do that on Wikipedia and then just send the final edition of the work for review.

My response is independent of what the WikiJHum board members would have to say.
Firstly, I would like to congratulate you for the great work that you have done and are still doing. I assume that getting the article developed further in accordance to the peer review (following submission) would additionally make it eligible for consideration as a Good article on Wikipedia. You can definitely submit a particular version of the article (assumably the latest one at submission) for publication in WikiJHum. Please go through the instructions for authors<https://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/WikiJournal_of_Humanities/Publishing> and make a submission<https://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/WikiJournal_of_Humanities/Submission>. Please note that you would need to sign the authorship declaration form and also share credits with all the authors who have been contributing to the article since 2004<https://xtools.wmflabs.org/articleinfo/en.wikipedia.org/Tunisian_Arabic>. Also consider whether you want to consider publication using real names or Wikipedia usernames (pseudonym).
Note to the board members:
You could:
* Prepare a list of prospective B class articles which could be candidates for submission in WikiJHum.
* Look up the list of contributing authors and whether there are a few significant primary contributors who can be approached through their talk pages or through the email facility that might be available.
* Based on the response from the contributing authors you can go ahead with the publication process.
Additionally,
* Sometimes back I had proposed that the participants of respective wikiprojects (a preliminary list was submitted as well) be contacted either through the talk pages of the WikiProjects or individual talk pages of the users, as applicable. No eagerness for the same has been displayed in this regard over the last few months.
* I had urged for a list of template messages to be prepared for the above purpose. No eagerness for the same has been displayed in this regard over the last few months.
I assume that the WikiJHum board will have to take a pro-active role as the number of submissions<https://en.wikiversity.org/wiki/WikiJournal_of_Humanities/Potential_upcomin…> in WikiJHum is limited as of now.

reviewed through the peer review process of WikiJMed.

After shortlisting the articles the primary authors can be contacted and
invited to submit the same to WikiJMed.
I assume that getting such articles reviewed and accordingly updated would
make them qualify for the GA (Good Article) status and would thus enhance
the Wikipedia movement as well.
Meanwhile, we are still short of the 40 article mark to be eligible to
apply for pubmed listing. So, getting articles submitted should be a
priority. I hope that other board members would surely like to help in the
process.

Dear Mikael and other EiCs,
Till now none of the official Twitter accounts of the respective
WikiJournals @WikiJMed @WikiJSci @WikiJHum do not have the verified blue
tick as in case of @Wikimedia account. It has been suggested earlier that
we get the blue tick. On 22 Jul 2018 I had suggested the methodology needed
for the same. I repeat it here. For a twitter account to be verified you
need to add the birth date (foundation date) as on the registration
document, and then leave a note on Twitter Verified (@verified) page. They
will evaluate, contact via the given mobile number and email and the person
has to provide the registration document when asked for. So, the
document(s) would need to be made pre-available with the person handling
the respective email account and phone number that has been listed for the
given accounts, before the application is made.
I would urge you to get that done. This is important. A verified sign (blue
tick) imparts credibility and it would be useful to get that for the
WikiJournals.
