We're getting late with this. Asaf, please book the room for Sunday, we need to announce it.

Yes, you moved the names under a specific date. That was enough for a community meeting... :-) How could they make arrangements since they would not know (and still nobody knows) where and when they should go?
In fact, since 14th of March there was a note on the central page that there would be community meetings on Saturday, and enough days ago, specific place and time. I guess most people made arrangements for something specific, and not for something without any arranged place and time.
As per Asaf's suggestion, we should take care to gather the community and not argue about something that is still not scheduled. The subject is already being discussed in Agora, let's talk there.

For one whole month (9 March to 9 April), our names are under a specific date, Sunday 14 of April. Personally, I have made arrangements to be available on Sunday. I suppose that I am not the only one.

Just a note: Most people "signed" that they will participate on *any* meeting, with no particular date, time or place. The page was moved to indicate Sunday ( http://el.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=3935595&oldid=3934614) without any arrangements, discussion or such. Again, the question arose because the community meeting was organised in Saturday without moving back that page.

The community meeting is shown on Sunday in the program announced in Wikipedia since the 14th of March. We have to respect the people who have already made arrangements according to this schedule.

Glad to, but I'm confused about the date now. Shall I book the room for Sunday?
Like I said, what matters most is when can we get the most community members to come.
I'm about to board my flight, so will be offline until I land.
PLEASE do your best, everyone to sort out the schedule so that we can make the most of the workshop. I can book the room according to the result of the discussion as soon as I arrive at the hotel.
Cheers,

Go for it, Asaf.
