Next time please start from the CVS version rather than the published version when making such changes. Two of your changes (adding os and the years syntax for ko) have already been corrected 2 1/2 months ago. Yes, I know, we should publish more often, but I haven't been able to get my FTP program and Sourceforge's FTP site communicate correctly. I do intend to send updates on what has changed more often (I am behind with those too), perhaps even once a week.
Your changes have been put live - date.py 1.31 and interwiki.py 1.167.
