Dear all,
I have actually just tried to create a new Wikibase instance now (I tried several times using a domain etc. with hyphens and then without) and also got all the red alert/error messages, although so far I have only used one out of six Wikibase instances available for the account.
I suspect some maintenance might be taking place but, of course, it is just a guess...
Does anyone know more about this?

I noticed initially on the wikibase-cloud console that I could have a maximum of 6 wikibases created at a time. However today when I tried to create another wikibase from the console I got a 'Creation Failed' message in red. Is this because a person can create a maximum of 6 wikibases total on their account? If so, this was not made clear before...
