I'd say "User:Electopedia" from mediawiki.org is the same as "User:Admin" from Wikiapiary, The later one mentions in his user page a wiki with the same name.
And if you look at the domain of those wikis (*.guail.es) and the developer name (GUAIL) and email (guail*@*), you may conclude he's the developer of that app.
He's also subscribed to this mailing list. We have probably reached to them already :)

Interesting.
No, the app is not endorsed by WikiApiary. But, fiendishly, I wonder if we can claim the app and its revenue? The MediaWiki.org link does not seem to be from a spammer, but from an actual user of the app.
We should probably reach out to them.
Mark.

Hi Jesús,
wow, I did not know that something like this is possible. I personally was not aware of this until your very email.
Let's wait for Mark to comment about this before we clear the stuff.
Cheers,

Hello,
Is this Android application [1] endorsed by Wikiapiary?
The only reference or link to the app I could find [2] was for User:Admin [3], which seems a normal user of the website (despite its name).
