Hey Everyone,
I think that today's date, Shakespeare's Birthday, is a perfect occasion to say that I remain grateful for the privilege of sharing a week with each of you last August in the sweltering Texas sun. (I'm in Massachusetts today, and it snowed last night!) Have a great day!

I vote for this, I vote for you all, I vote for the good news that Bruce was born and Mary is married to Tony, I vote for 90 degrees (but maybe not more, Doc). Got the strong wind, hail, and yes snow up here in the Adirondacks, where Eagle Lake is still frozen. But not so much that my colleague Ben and I couldn't pretend our canoe was an Arctic icebreaker as we made our way through along the edges the other day......
Love and festivity to you all,
Alice

My birthday today as well - have always felt grateful to be born the same day as the Bard. Jayne is right, let's find a way to gather again soon...

Dear All,
I'm just back from a few days in Boston/NH (got rained on and heard about the snow, but didn't see any) with an iPhone on strike. I could read emails but not respond--very frustrating. Anyway, I wanted to add my voice to the chorus of birthday (yes, you do look amazing for your age, Bruce!) and anniversary (that was such a fun and wonderful wedding, Mary!) wishes, and I am reminded that it was a year ago this week that Doc sent out the email inviting us to spend reunion week together. What a lifetime peak experience that was. I hope this finds you all thriving. And may it rain in Texas soon, long and hard.
Much love to you all,
Maggie
