Trey (Curtis) Leitko has arranged for filming both informal moments (interviews, reflections, rehearsals, idle chats, etc) on Thursday and Friday and as well the Saturday reunion activities and performance. He will do two DVDs. I have approved all of the design material and given him the go-ahead. Doc

Long's Peak is a 16-hr. up-and-back trek/climb. I took my daughter, Stacey up when she was 12, and it took a lot longer than that. I have a great photo of her at the summit. What an amazing coincidence. Rocky Mountain National Park, at Estes, is possibly my favorite spot on earth (Big Sur a close second). I spent hours and hours hiking and climbing in that park. I also love the drive up over Trail Ridge Road from Estes to Grand Lake, going over the continental divide. I'm not overly fond of underground tunnels under bodies of water either. Food, banquet, etc.

Hi Doc and all: I do apologize for just now getting back to you. I've been in New Mexico with little or no Internet since Saturday. Banquet and performance: Just Rick (1), although he said he may need two chairs due to some recent weight gain. Food: I don't eat beef, chicken or pork, but I throw everything else down my piehole. I'll eat around the meat dishes. When to get up: As those of you who have been around me in the morning know, it's best for me not to weigh in here. I'll go along with the majority. Godwin's law: Didn't someone call him a Nazi in an earlier post? Alice's essay: Oh, Alice. It so beautifully captures the "on-going miracle." I have tears in my eyes.
