I have finish the installation of phpMyAdmin at hemlock. It can be find at [1]. But it is not accessible by the web, only by localhost. You have to use a ssh-tunnel.

At linux, you can use

ssh -L 8080:127.0.0.1:80 hemlock.knams.wikimedia.org

. Login at hemlock and you can find phpmyadmin at [2]. The windows guys can use putty in the same way (look for "tunnel" and google a bit).
