the first dump of two is creating at the moment. Because an en-db-server
is out of rotation (it's not used by wikipedia-projects) we start with
en and make non-en-later. I guess it takes several hours to make the
dump and a few days to restore the data at zedler.

Why en first?
Maybe non-en.wiki users miss toolserver more?
With all due respect, enwiki users have been without a toolserver for
nearly six months now. We miss the toolserver very, very, very, very
much.
My thanks to the Wikimedia server admins and the toolserver admins who
are working to restore toolserver functionality to users of all
languages.
