Hello,
we have an issue with Jira authentication since 25th August. It seems the syncronisation with the crowd server is broken but I dont know why and filed a bug at Atlassian.
Cheers Marlen

Just wondering what the latest news is here? Can someone check the Atlassian bug? is the Atlassian bug in a public tracker that anyone can view?
Thanks, Jeremy

Still broken for me. I did notice that JIRA looked a bit different. Did we upgrade recently?
By the way, it is affecting the wiki as well. I can't log in to wiki.toolserver.org
Password recovery tells me both my username and email address do not exist.

Unfortunatelly I got no response from Atlassian so far. The problem seems to be with the crowd authentication service. Jira says it wont sync the most of the users probably the wiki has the same problem since it authenticates against crowd too. Then crowd asks a local OpenDS ldap instance. At this time I still could not find any reasonable error so I am a bit lost. And it is quite strange since I updated on 26th of June and it stopped working on 25th of August... If someone on this list already worked with a similar setup I'd be greatful for hints.

Bump. (I've just verified I still don't exist.)

On IRC we found that Jeremy hasn't set a mail address on SSO so that may be a factor in *his* login problem. There's of course still the "I get logged out after five minutes" bug.

Maybe there were signs that it's not set (I think those signs were in the MediaWiki side) but I've definitely gotten a number of emails from JIRA (but not since July) so it should be set *somewhere* (if not in SSO). Unless something broke or mysteriously unset it.
