What is going on there? ;) Is this the reason for the current replication lag?

Hm. I was disconnected while performing a query yesterday.. Seems to have become a zombie query.. I've slain it.
Several scripts and tools I've been running have recently been taking much longer to run than they usually do (eg. taking 30 minutes to run instead of 8 minutes). It seems like there is something that's slowing down the toolserver, and indirectly causing other scripts to take longer to run.

Yes. Users :)
Especially people using WikiProxy - i'll throttle it a bit later today.
