normally you can download all languages under

http://toolserver.org/~sk/tt/templatetiger

But at the moment I have no current enwiki-file. I work for this. My script had a problem with this big enwiki-dump. At the last weekend I want make a new dump-scan, but the toolserver was broken durring the scan. So the current file is not complete.

I will try this in the next week again.
