The contests tool that was discussed at the Wikimedia Usability Meeting in Paris is now fully functional and ready to be deployed for live use. The only thing I'm still waiting on is the creation of the multi-maintainer account: https://jira.toolserver.org/browse/TS-388 If someone could create that for me, I'll be able to get things rolling.
