Hello,
I notice a recent clarification of the rules[1], however this was not mentioned on this list, nor toolserver-announce-l. Would an admin mind saying why this was necessary?
Perhaps relevant that the rules can and do change at a time when there's discussion of changing them with respect to licensing source code :)

I added the new paragraph more as a clarification then a rule. I think that it is clear that the toolserver can not used to bring harm over wikimedia- projects (that's the rule); because the watch-table is special (like the archive-table) I added a paragraph there too.
But you are right, that I should have send an eMail to you about the change.
The why: I don't like it to point on somebody and say "It was his/her fault" (at least not until the situation is definitive clear) - let's us say that a recently occurrence told me that we need a clarification.

Does that really need a special clause since the privacy policy[1] clearly spells out that you can't release any non-public information, and with [[Special:UnwatchedPages]] (or whatever it's called) by default being restricted to administrators or above clearly makes it non-public information?
*And in the sense of the Privacy Policy, I take the wording "Non Publicly Available" I take it to mean any non logged in users or anyone within the plain User class/rights.
