the last debian-update changes some config-option for suphp (we use suphp to run php-scripts in the context of the owner instead of the context of apache).
I think that I reconfig everything right for us, but if you have problems with running your php-scripts, send a answer to this post to the ml.

I had problems with allocating more than 16M of RAM some hours ago. But I've optimized queries and the problem was disappeared.
