What do you want to replicate? There's nothing worth to be replicated there. It would be better for labs to replicate toolserver dbs!
After some quick poking on IRC we figured the request wasn't misunderstood, so it this double negative shoulidn't be confusing ;-)
The use case Danny brought up was the ability for a tool like "sulitil" to query a copy of the "beta" project (hosted on WMF Labs - renamed thread as such) and display that information for a centralauth account for a user on Beta.
I don't think that that will happen. For a few reasons.
First, because the Beta project is a testing environment. There is no need to have convinience tools for maintenance, quering or whatever there. Anything stored on pages there is to be considered temporary. If you've been investing a lot of time in any pages in the Beta project (no exceptions), I'd highly recommend you save it somewhere else. If it needs be, those wikis can be wiped and re-installed any moment, and they are designed to be that way.
Secondly, if doing so the Toolserver might wheel-war with the (to be created) Tool-Labs project within Wikimedia Labs. Aside from the potential size issue since the Beta project can potentially become almost as large as the production cluster. So replicating that on Toolserver as well seems like a bad idea.
