This looks completely garbled today: http://stable.toolserver.org/geohack/geohack.php?language=sv%C2%B6ms=59_23_N...
It looks broken, both in Firefox 2.0 and lynx 2.8.6 on Linux.
But if you change to language=de or some other language, all is fine. The sv:Template:GeoTemplate has not changed.
It's a little weird that <h1...>Map sources/GeoHack</h1> is followed by <html ><head>...</head><body> (after which the garble begins) but this is actually the case with the standard GeoHack page.

JIRA is probably best for bug reports, see https://jira.toolserver.org/browse/MAGNUS-103 and https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7098.
This time http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:GeoTemplate?action=purge fixed it but it can happen again whenever. Poke Magnus for a real fix.

Rather, poke Wikimedia admins for not outputting garbeled text in the first place.
