a BitTorrent tracker is now available for all users. to add a new torrent to the tracker, run:
hemlock% /usr/local/bin/add_torrent <hash_of_torrent>
the announce URL for the tracker is:
http://tstracker.wikimedia.org:9898/announce
obviously, this tracker should only be used for files which have some relevance to Wikimedia.
