TASK DESCRIPTION **Feature summary** (what you would like to be able to do and where): A recurring request is for the bot to not archive topics that have not been marked as such. The normal functionality is for the bot to archive any expired topic unless it is marked as ``. The wish is to be able to invert this behaviour, and only archive topics that are marked as (for example, to be determined) ``. **Use case(s)** (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution): On Dutch Wikipedia, the pages for administrator notices (the Dutch equivalent for en:WP:AN) such as **Wikipedia:Verzoekpagina voor moderatoren/Artikel verplaatsen** are often not followed up by admins in good time. This causes the archival bot to archive these requests before them having been honored. **Benefits** (why should this be implemented?): Inverting the logic would prevent early archiving. Hoi, De archiving bot geeft foutmeldingen. Als je kijk in de log zie ik onderstaande log. If a bot wants to link to a user page without using one of those templates, various kinds of wikilinks, including template-based links, are available. Due to this, it sometimes happens that the nominator, who has already done some corrections to the article, gets notified as well, which gives confusion. Best fix is to filter the nominator from the persons to notify.
