TASK DESCRIPTION
**Steps to replicate the issue** (include links if applicable):
- Add a category (as opposed to a regular page in the main namespace) to [[:nl:WP:TBP]] as per the instructions
**What happens?**:
- the bot runs at the scheduled time daily and sees the category is mentioned on TBP, so it informs the creator of the caegory on his or her talk page
**What should have happened instead?**:
- because WP:TBP is not for categories, the category should simply have been ignored, so the cat's creator wouldn't be notified.
As a result of the notification not escaping the category with a colon the talk page was miscategorised. However this would not have happened if the category would have been skipped in the first place.

TASK DESCRIPTION
**Feature summary** (what you would like to be able to do and where):
A recurring request is for the bot to not archive topics that have not been marked as such. The normal functionality is for the bot to archive any expired topic unless it is marked as `<!-- noarchive -->`. The wish is to be able to invert this behaviour, and only archive topics that are marked as (for example, to be determined) `<!-- archive -->`.
**Use case(s)** (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):
On Dutch Wikipedia, the pages for administrator notices (the Dutch equivalent for en:WP:AN) such as **Wikipedia:Verzoekpagina voor moderatoren/Artikel verplaatsen** are often not followed up by admins in good time. This causes the archival bot to archive these requests before them having been honored.
**Benefits** (why should this be implemented?):
Inverting the logic would prevent early archiving.
