Karen just completed marking the cycle 1 report https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Strategy/Wikimedia_movement/2017/Cycle_1/Report up for translation. I have been reading parts of it since receiving it yesterday and learnt a lot, especially in regard to completing the summary of sources already available on Meta.
The related raw data is also due for Meta release by end of this week but I think there is merit in exploring the findings of the first cycle and, where helpful to you and your local communities, start translating the text even if linking the raw data sets might lead to small adjustments of the existing page.
