The tweet should be the other way around (it's Cochrane's WiR, and Wiki Project Med just helped recruiting her). And I've rewritten the FB/G+ a bit to clarify who Cochrane are and to correct the description of her work (per the interview, editing Wikipedia directly will not be her main job; and access to the Cochrane library was already given to 100 other Wikipedia editors).
