Summary: Malfunction with x-system at eo-wiki

There is a malfunction with decoding/encoding the esperanto x-system. The bot doubles all
ending 'xx' to 'xxxx'; 'Linuxx' becomes 'Linuxxxx' becomes
'Linuxxxxxxxx'. I think related methods are wikipedia.decodeEsperantoX and
encodeEsperantoX.

This error arrives only if use_api = True
It seems that the page is not decoded but encoded for esperanto x-system.
