Summary: bug when moving cats

Hello, when I try to move a cat the bot shows: "ERROR: [[Partido de Carri¢n de los
Condes]] is not in category Categor¡a:Partidos judiciales de Palencia!" but the page
IS in that cat, I rollbacked to rev 8135 and worked again, maybe the bug is in r8136, can
you check?
