Summary: family.py - Missing redirect translations
Initial Comment:
There are missing redirect translations for bug-wiki and qu-wiki. This causes some
malfunctions on interwikis.
Here are the fixes for this:

btw: Waht is the reason for the lowercase tags instead of the uppercase one as has been
