Hello,
I've been reported a problem with the cosmetic changes : they add a space after the #,
but sometimes it mustn't be done. See

for example.
#tag:ref should be excluded from the cosmetic changes
I don't have access to my pywikipediabot, so I can't give you the version.py
output, but it's the last trunck release, with no modifications.
I just have enabled cosmetic changes from my home wiki.
