Summary: Since the 10047, cannot run all scripts in Windows XP
Initial Comment:
version 10046 and a lower version are operating normally, the 10047 and later (until
latest 10075) were unable to operate normally (except version.py outside), no echo, and
enter an infinite loop, CPU occupancy rate of 100%.
