Summary: section title bug
Initial Comment:
If the bot adds interwiki with section title with dot(.), it does not work correctly.
e.g. http://ko.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=IEEE_802.11n-2009&action=historys…
When adding [[it:IEEE 802.11#802.11n]], ".11" part is mis-interpreted.

Summary: Bot tries to decode section name
Initial Comment:
Here - http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=447133154 bot broke interwikis into sections when replaced substring ".11" with "".
Another bot in other wikis made the same things: http://fr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=68929118 , http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=92951129 .
I think that in these cases bot recognized substring whith point at the start as encoded unicode symbol and tried to decode it.

Summary: wiki family
Initial Comment:
Don't know if this is really needed but as follow up to
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=603138&aid=3084721&group_…
I would like to propose this 'wiki_family.py' file, which does simply clone 'wikipedia_family.py'.
Please let me know what you think?
Greetings
