Summary: Bot tries to
decode section name
Initial Comment:
Here -
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=447133154 bot broke interwikis into
sections when replaced substring ".11" with "".
Another bot in other wikis made the same things:
http://fr.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=68929118 ,
http://de.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?diff=92951129 .
I think that in these cases bot recognized substring whith point at the start as encoded
unicode symbol and tried to decode it.
