Dear Affiliate,
I am reaching out to you today about the upcoming affiliate
involvement in the Board of Trustees election. The opportunity to ask
questions to candidates is coming soon. The affiliate voting period is
from 1 - 15 July. During that time, each affiliate is allowed one vote
to shortlist the group of 13 candidates to 6.
Each affiliate must identify one person to represent the affiliate
question and voting phase. This representative will pose the questions
the affiliate might have to ask the candidates and will cast the vote
on behalf of the affiliate organization.
Please reply to this email letting us know who your representative is.
Please do this by 30 May 2022.
We need the username, their email address and which affiliate they
will be representing. Unfortunately, representatives cannot represent
more than one affiliate in this election. Be sure the username
provided is correct because these usernames will be entered into
SecurePoll for voting. Without the correct information, the user will
not be able to vote or will be delayed in voting.
Key dates to remember
30 May 2022 - Deadline to submit your affiliate representative’s
username and email address.
(If you cannot submit this information by May 30, let us know).
June 2022 - Representatives ask candidates questions and review
answers to inform their vote.
The Analysis Committee publishes their ratings of candidates to inform voters.
1 - 15 July 2022 - Representatives vote in the Affiliate voting period.
