Changes that needs test:

- multithreaded GC, if you get no crashes it means it's working :) - fixed number of bugs, mostly related to pt wiki - watchlist shouldn't be modified by huggle now

some localization changes were done as well, but translatewiki is pretty slow here, so it's not synced yet
