That sounds great Mary. I can definitey be there Friday, September 27th. I'm also working with a THATCamp organizer in the D.C. area from George Mason University. Might be neat to connect with them as well.

Hi! I met with Jeff Guin (Chem Heritage) and Matt Herbison (ThatCamp) yesterday about scheduling an edit-a-thon for ThatCamp in Philadelphia.
I don't have a final schedule yet, but the proposal is to hold an edit-a-thon as one of the workshops on the afternoon of Friday, September 27th. I will give an intro to Wikipedia talk in the later morning session before lunch, so people could attend either or both depending on their skill level. Wikipedians who want to help out with the edit-a-thon would be welcome to participate in other ThatCamp events if they wish to do so.
If you think you can make it, let me know. I'll get a wiki page up once we have a firm schedule, hopefully some time next week.
Best wishes, Mary Mark Ockerbloom

but you might like to put September 27-28th in your calendar; Jeff and I are talking about doing some sort of education/edit-a-thon event for ThatCamp Philly, which will be happening here at CHF on those dates.
Did you end up planning anything for that weekend?
