[discovery] Search Platform team - Weekly status updates

Hello all! The Search Platform team is again publishing weekly updates on wiki [1]. For example, if you want to know what we've been doing this week, have a look at [2]. Those updates are meant to be a bit more organized than trying to follow our Phabricator board [3], and try to highlight what might be interesting or significant for people outside of our team. They are still quite succinct and don't provide all the context around everything we do. In most cases, links are provided to phab tasks, or other relevant places where you can find more information.
