Hello Amory,
We reached out directly on several occasions to maintainers via email, phabricator and announcements were made on the mailing list. What's the username you use and is this the same email address you use? Let me crosscheck this again.
Yes, I’m individually aware, but I was trying to note that, given I had not been directly contacted (via assigned phab task, etc.) AFAICT, it appeared possible some tools were being missed. For example, I am not listed on < https://grid-deprecation.toolforge.org%3E.

I assume you are talking about the amorybot tool. That tool is running several scripts directly on the cron node using jlocal in a way that is against the rules for its use https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Obsolete:Toolforge/Grid#Creating_a_crontab. That does have the unfortunate but unavoidable side effect of not being visible to any grid usage tracking tools, since the jobs are not actually being executed on the grid.
