Hello,
I am KirkLU (with the same username in wikimedia, phab and wikitech). I find a problem while I am trying to link my Wikimedia account and LDAP account, and cannot resolve it.
Everytime I try to *login using OAuth* in my setting of Toolforge admin console, I have been noticed that "*Wikimedia account 'KirkLU' is already attached to another LDAP account*". However, I cannot remember which LDAP account I have linked to. I tried to find it in the User List, but failed. I am wondering if there is a way to find the old account, unlink the old connection and attach my Wikimedia account (KirkLU) to the LDAP account (KirkLU).
Additionally, my phab accounthttps://phabricator.wikimedia.org/p/KirkLU/ has been linked with both my LDAP account (KirkLU) and Wikimedia account (KirkLU).
Really hope someone can help me resolve this issue. And thank you very much for your attention.
Best regards, Kirk
Yes. There are some addresses that I might use before or use mistakenly. Do you mind if I send them to you individually? Because I hope not to disclose some of those addresses in a public mail list.
Thank you very much for your help!

I tried to search LDAP by your email address starting with kirklu* or sn=Kirk to find the old account but could not. Only see your one account.
Are there any other email addresses to check for?

Sure, send them to me off-list.

Hi, Zahn.
Davis has found the missing account through searching in backend directly so that I can change the setting.
Thank you all the same for your timely response and help. And wish you a good day ahead.

First I would like to apologize for Striker (toolsadmin.wikimedia.org) not having a screen where folks can see the SUL and Developer account connections. This has been "planned" for years, but obviously not actually implemented.
Using my access rights to the backend database I can see that the [[User:KirkLU]] SUL account is currently linked to the [[User:Kirk Lu]] Developer account. The [[User:Kirk Lu]] was created using Striker on 2020-12-29 10:12:12 UTC. That Developer account has never been "attached" on Wikitech, meaning that the account has never logged in there, so it will show as unregistered on Wikitech. It is using the same email address as the [[User:KirkLU]] Developer account which was created on 2021-03-05 15:01:41 UTC.

Hi, Davis.
I login the older LDAP account [[User:Kirk Lu]] successfully on Striker.
It seems like that I cannot unlink directly in Striker’s setting. I refresh OAuth with my backup Wikimedia account so that the [[User:KirkLU]] SUL account can be release from connection. And I can link it to my LDAP account [[User:KirkLU]].
The problem is solved. Thanks for your timely help and thorough explanation. Wish you have a good day.
