Ok, it seems we have a plan:
Tomorrow (Friday) at 00:00 UTC, EventLogging will be migrated to m4-master. This will require a restart of the database consumer, with a concomitant downtime of a few seconds, which is within the range covered by EventLogging's per-subscriber buffering capacity. I don't expect any events to be dropped as a result.
At a later date, Nuria and I will move EventLogging off of vanadium, too (see T90747). But the two migrations are logically separate, and there is no reason to couple them. The timeline for the migration from vanadium is not set in stone, but it will certainly not happen this week or the next. The migration plan will be posted to this list in advance.
Thanks very much for driving this, Sean!
