I've updated https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Developers/Maintainers with info about analytics projects, assigning them owners based on what I recall. The goal is to make it easy for contributors to figure out who to talk to if they want to help out. (So please check this page to make sure it's right.)

Also, if I've missed any projects, please add them.
