Metrics repo github -> gerrit - Analytics

      Hi,
just a heads up that our metrics repository from github
https://github.com/wikimedia/metrics
has been brought over to gerrit
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/admin/projects/analytics/metrics
. So we can now do proper code review on the repo. If you want to try
it out, some commits are waiting for review in gerrit already:
