Have anyone know the Varnish ntp server clock accuracy can it be used as a forensic clock after evaluation?
Do you use some third-party unapproved NTP clocks for your time?

Am not totally sure how our NTP setup works, but it is all in the WMF's puppet repository https://github.com/wikimedia/puppet. https://github.com/wikimedia/puppet/blob/production/modules/profile/manifest... looks like a good place to start.
