We don't have any datasets that track video plays, yet. The closest
thing we have that's public is to count media views, so the number of times
someone loaded the page that the video is on, and you can find that here:
I've created this task, and we'll see where we can prioritize it (but
probably not for quite a few months). I'm not sure who maintains the tool
you linked to, but it runs on our cloud infrastructure, and it looks like
it was created by Stefan Schneider from WMDE, based on this:

Can you please suggest alternative tools to see the number of plays for
these 14 x OER MOOC video snippets attached we have uploaded to
Wikimedia Commons and inserted into relevant Wikipedia pages?
