Hello,
during discussion of zero, I've been told that [1] should hold the current information about zero carriers. However, that list does not match what we use in Kraken [2].
Does an authorative, up-to-date, known-good list exist somewhere? If not, whom could I ask about mismatches?
Best regards, Christian

[2] For example Kraken lists that only “en” and “ru” are free for Montenegro's Telenor, while [1] claims all languages are free.

https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Mobile_partnerships#Where_is_Wikipedia_... is the canonical place. Any discrepancy should be corrected in the kraken source code D

Hi,
let me feed into our email archives what has been discussed off-list on this topic:
https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Mobile_partnerships#Where_is_Wikipedia_... is the canonical place.
yurik told me that this is not correct. The canonical place is the Zero namespace on the meta wiki. So for example
http://meta.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Zero:470-01 http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Zero:624-02 [...]
The ZeroRatedMobileAccess extension [1] has scripts to help dealing with this data. For example you can use the function getAllConfigs from that repo's maintenance/utils.py to get the configuration of all carriers into a single dict. yurik said we can take this dict as “normative”.
Best regards, Christian
