We deprecated that dataset, we now have better data, up to date. More information is available here: https://dumps.wikimedia.org/other/analytics/ and here: https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Analytics/Data/Pageviews
As you'll find by reading there, the data is available via a new API and in both raw and custom lossless compression format. Take a moment to go through and let us know if you have questions.
