We are dropping data from comscore and calculating ourselves those numbers to include mobile, without which the data is very inaccurate. An announcement will be sent on this regard.
In the meantime, a notice has been added to the report card that the comScore uniques are no longer being updated.
We shall not be updating the reportcard in the near future though and it is likely that unique devices data will be reported in a different venue.
To clarify, the other parts of https://reportcard.wmflabs.org/ are still being updated (and they should - the page is linked from https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Home which is linked from every single wiki page on every project, i.e. the report card receives a lot of eyeballs). They were backlogged a bit too until recently, which was the topic of https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T116244 , now resolved.
Thanks,
Nuria

As I understood it we'd deprecated the ComCast unique count; not sure if that is a factor.

Also, the information shown on the "New Editors Per Month for All Wikimedia Projects" chart goes back only to late 2012. Is there a way to get the data for that chart all the way back to 2001? I can pull the tables for all Wikipedias back to 2001 from the report cards site, but I can't pull the tables for all Wikimedia projects back to 2001 AFAIK.
Thanks!
