[Analytics] EventLogging outage scheduled for Monday, July 8, 20:00 UTC

Hi folks,

There will be a brief EventLogging outage on Monday, July 8, starting at 20:00 UTC, and lasting hopefully less than an hour. Faidon and I will be rolling out an update to the EventLogging Puppet module which changes the way processes are initialized and managed. I will follow up with another e-mail when we're done to log the precise downtime.

Please let me know if this doesn't work for you, in which case I'll try to reschedule.
