An archived mailing list is a basic good thing. I know some people like the Slack-type
experience, but having used it at work, my impression is that it is not designed for
institutional memory.
Wikis are good, and migrating pages from meta to a dedicated wiki is a reasonable thing to
do, whenever.
Phabricator makes sense for planning at all levels.
