Lua-modules has been used on sv.wikisource to create CR-templates.
It's advanced mathematics to see if something is free in both Sweden/Finland
and USA, especially since we have to consider URAA.

@ David: once more I rediscovered the wheel... thanks for link, I put it as top link in my

I'm going to take my initial, painful steps into Lua; @Cristian, how many users are
using/going to use Scribuntu into it.wikipedia? I see that Modulo: namespace already has
been populated a little bit, I'll take a good look to scripts, even if wikipedia
templates/scripts are always very complex and very difficult to understand for me.
Anyway.... go ahead, I'll try to follow you :-)

What tutorials did you use, or how did you learn
to write the Lua modules?
My 2 cents, if you like to learn a language using a book for Lua I'll suggest:
"Programming in Lua" from R. Ierusalimschy (one of the Lua creators).
I am finding it very nice to read and easy to follow.
