Isso é uma verdade absoluta? Um dogma? O "free" aí é "free as in free
beer" ou como em freedom?
Poderíamos por no wikisource uma versão em português dos direitos humanos.
A UNESCO me parece ainda estar tentando entender o que quer dizer por
"open", no que diz respeito a recursos educacionais.
O que a Wiki tem a ver só é a principio, é o direito ao conhecimento ou
seja a informação.
