Someone suggested Max's Opera Cafe on Van Ness, maybe good for a group
of our size. I would suggest early noonish, notably because Phoebe
can't be around much later than that.

<-- for SFPL
meeting rooms.
I like this idea! Then maybe the people who were free could go for
lunch afterwards?

Mediterranean sounds great! Brion and I are

imagine a price range would be in the $10-$15 for food and drink per person?
We've been pretty homebound since I broke my foot in mid January.
Cary - maybe we can carpool it?
Anyone a member of Mechanics' Institute Library? I do believe that one of
the benefits of membership is to have access to conference rooms for
meetings. Not sure if there is a fee involved.
Do any of the public libraries offer meeting rooms for events like this?
I'll see what I can dig up on line for future reference.

Cool! Alas, I am a little clueless as to good
places to go.
Any ideas, anyone?
For lunch in SF, there are too many places to go. If you guys
can throw together some criterion -- Mediterranean? Chinese?
Pizza? -- I can give you pointers to places with decent
location and pricing.
