I'd agree with that. Or we could have "user" linked your page
"blank" to
"blank", although that might be too many links.

In this case, I think it is more useful and interesting to know where your
article was linked from rather than who performed the linking. Personally,
I would suggest:
Portland Public Library was linked from Libraries of Oregon. <See all
links to this page>.
