That was the original idea behind Wikipedia Day, as far as I know! I see no reason why we
wouldn't revisit the event annually on this day.

I've been thinking about that too. More than 350 people showed up for
the birthday party in Berlin, many of them readers, rathern than active
contributors. How great would it be if we could do something like that
annually to celebrate and recognize what Wikipedia has achieved thus far?
